Because we use lots of electric power here to hand-craft our treats, we are enormously concerned about our energy footprint.  We have signed up for a program through our electric provider that sources 100% of the electric we buy from renewable wind here in Australia.  The program is certified through Green Power which is our assurance we are getting real renewable energy!  Choosing renewable energy means we will offset over 40 tonnes of emissions each year!  Breath deeply!
