KITZ Living foods are suppliers of wholesome freshly dehydrated at low temperatures and organic (where possible) convenience bars, granola’s, treats, savoury crackers and other miscellaneous healthy items.
All products are free of artificial colours, flavours, preservatives and thickeners. All ingredients are as organic as we can make them….. if ingredients are not available organic then they are insecticide and pesticide free and thoroughly washed in filtered water before use.
High in Omega 3 & 6, fibre, lignans, antioxidants and nutrition.
All nuts, seeds and buckwheat (a seed) are sprouted in filtered water to bring them to life and make for easy digestion. The process of sprouting also enhances the nutritional content of the nuts and seeds by up to 300 times, as well as supplying good quality protein, unsaturated fats, and low GI carbohydrates. All ingredients are then slowly dehydrated at low temperature to maintain there raw status and to retain the enzymes and nutrition in the finished product.
Preparation is done in a home based kitchen and prepared by people that have a passion for the best quality, highly nutritious food to enhance everyday life through great health…. and always prepared with love!
