HOW TO PUT A GREEN SMOOTHIE TOGETHER
You will need a fairly good blender, the more power you have the better the Smoothie.
Peel and chop all ingredients and place into the blender, then add the water, depending on your taste then blend until smooth and frothy!
It’s that simple, pour into a nice glass and enjoy!
ORANGE & PINEAPPLE G
Serves 4
1/3 to 1/2 fresh pineapple, use some of the core.
6 oranges, juiced or peeled and pitted
6-8 cos lettuce leaves

ROCKY G
Serves 2
1/2 rockmelon
4-6 large spinach, silverbeet or chard leaves
1-2 cups water
Ice

WATERMELON G
Serves 2
large wedge of watermelon
6 spinach or silverbeet leaves
Ice

PEAR, APPLE & ORANGE G
Serves 2-4
2 pears
2 apples
2 oranges—peeled and pitted
2-4 cups greens, cos, dandelion, kale etc.

GREEN BANANA SUPRISE
2-3 cold or frozen bananas
1/2 – 1 cup fresh coconut water
1/4 teaspoon fresh vanilla bean or seeds
4-6 fresh dates or soaked dried dates (soaked in enough water to cover, use soak water in smoothie with dates)
1-3 cups baby spinach or cos lettuce
