Not totally satisfied with our former herb supplier, we are now using certified organic herbs from Austral Herbs in NSW!  This week we blended our first batch of spice mixes and you will be pleased at the rich, full taste of these new herbs!  We love them and are comforted by the knowledge that there are no fillers, no chemicals or nasties and organic principles were followed in the raising and handling of this important ingredient.  This is all part of our plan to go 100% organic!
