We are now using organic sun dried tomatoes in our crackers. Not packed in oil, these lovely organic tomatoes come to us totally dry and vacuum packed (a product of Turkey). While we are glad to add another organic ingredient, our next step is to find an Australian sun dried organic tomato. If you know a domestic producer....
