We love Australian Sea Salt, mostly because it is harvested sustainably here in Australia.  But we couldn't resist this wonderful Himalayan Sea Salt.  We don't use a lot of salt in our products, but this ancient sea salt from the Himalayas will enhance all of our products  (that use salt)!  It is a delicate pink colour, with a very slight mineral background taste behind the salt tang!
